The couple's trip to central London follows Vogue's revelation that she feels a sense of urgency about making a decision regarding having a fourth child with her husband.

The couple has three kids together: five-year-old Theodore, three-year-old Gigi, and 21-month-old baby Otto. According to Vogue, Spencer is eager to have another child soon.

The television personality openly talked about the challenges of being pregnant for nine months and the fatigue she experiences as she nears her 40s.

In an interview with The Sun, Vogue revealed, "I set a deadline for myself, telling myself, 'I’ll make a decision by the end of summer.' Now that summer has come to an end, I'm still feeling uncertain."

If I suggested, "Let's just do it," Spencer would jump right in. But I tend to consider the practical aspects that he doesn’t think about. Plus, since I’m the one who has to carry the baby for nine months, it’s a bigger decision for me.

The model playfully commented, "I might still be pondering this when I hit 50! Having a child at 40 doesn’t appeal to me, as I feel like that’s when I’ll start to feel more tired. By then, I’d rather be enjoying a laid-back, grandmother phase!"

She posted a video of herself navigating the rough landscape and praised her husband's courage for tackling such a huge challenge.

Spencer mentioned that he constantly thought about his wife, Vogue, while he was running, and he also credited Taylor Swift for providing him support during that time.

The reality television personality has completed a marathon in the desert for 30 consecutive days in Jordan. During this time, he also consumed a boiled goat's head and shed an impressive 10 kilograms.

He mentioned, "Whenever I'm out jogging, Vogue is always on my mind, but I often think of her as well. We enjoy some fantastic music while running. Oh, and we're big Taylor Swift fans! She's definitely one of our top favorites."
