In 2018, she married Spencer Matthews, a former contestant on the UK reality show, Made in Chelsea.

Vogue and Spencer have two children together, a son named Theodore and a daughter named Gigi. The couple, who are known for their adventurous lifestyle, have appeared on several TV shows, including a documentary series called Spencer, Vogue, and Baby Too, which followed their lives as new parents.
