RT utilizes artificial intelligence to enable Vladimir Putin to communicate in English.

Russia's government-run television news channel has used artificial intelligence to recreate several important speeches by Putin, presenting them in flawless English with synchronized lip movements.

In the videos gathered for the 'Putin Speaks' initiative, the broadcaster has provided Putin with a youthful voice featuring a noticeable yet not overly strong Russian accent.

It’s clear that the English versions, created with Putin’s complete consent, aim to weaken the impact of Western translations of his speeches that were originally given in Russian.

It's reported that President Putin has a good command of English, but he seldom uses it in public settings and prefers to have translators present during meetings with the UK and the USA.

As reported by RT: "Russian President Vladimir Putin conveys his key messages in Russian, and speakers of other languages depend on translations to understand his views, and this is entirely reasonable."

"RT has employed advanced algorithmic technologies to ensure that the politician's messages are conveyed in English."

The Kremlin-backed broadcaster was prohibited in the UK after Ofcom revoked its license due to its overly supportive coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

It encountered additional restrictions in the United States, Canada, and the European Union due to its biased and deceptive coverage of the invasion.

The videos showcase Putin's two decades in leadership, beginning with his initial period when it appeared he was moving closer to Western nations.

In a video from 2022 where he explains his justification for the invasion of Ukraine, he states, “I chose to conduct a special military operation.”

"The primary goal of this operation is to safeguard individuals who have endured humiliation and genocide at the hands of the Kyiv government for the past eight years."

In a video from the year 2000, he expresses his views on Russia's role in Europe, stating, "Russia is an integral part of European culture, and I find it hard to envision my own country separated from Europe and what many refer to as the civilized world."

"I find it difficult to see NATO as an adversary."
