To begin with, they were given the responsibility of overseeing the lunch service on the elegant British Pullman train.

Prior to that, they prepare a meal inspired by an important person in their life.

The most intimidating and difficult challenge they faced was their next-to-last task - The Chef's Table.

The three of them had to elevate their skills and create a remarkable dish for a group of six culinary pioneers, one of whom held two Michelin stars.

In the last cooking challenge, Vito, Craig, and Rochenda were tasked with creating their Ultimate Dinner Party Menu. They were required to prepare two courses that showcased the finest dishes they had ever made.

To make an impression, Vito chose to present Scialatielli Allo Scoglio as the main course, a traditional Italian seafood pasta dish brimming with clams, mussels, and shrimp.

His dessert was called Babà Di Vito, a tiny cake drenched in rum and accompanied by zabaione, a creamy mixture made with marsala wine, along with cherries in syrup.

Vito talked about his menu and recalled a memorable day: "My family and I visited Positano, where we enjoyed Scialatielli Allo Scoglio while sitting by the sea. It was one of the happiest days of my life, and I want to recreate that experience on MasterChef."

The dessert is Babà, just like the ones my mom and grandmother would prepare for me on Sundays.
