CHECK IT OUT: Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola unwind in their dance practice space for Strictly.

Chief judge Shirley remarked, "There may have been an issue with the trousers, but the performance itself was flawless. It was truly outstanding. It's remarkable for me because during the few hours we spent together in the studio, I shared a lot of ideas with you, and you managed to remember everything!"

Sarah shared her heartfelt thoughts about her journey in the series up to this point. She remarked, "I’ve realized that I can really challenge myself more than I ever believed possible and that I have the potential to achieve much more than I initially thought. The response from women has been incredible, and I honestly didn’t see it coming."

"I’ve experienced some truly emotional moments with women that have really surprised me. When you’re on Strictly, you don’t get out much, but during the few times I have, the response has been incredible. I certainly didn’t expect that when I started the show. It’s strange because I never saw myself this way. Then I remember, I’m 53, which is 20 years older than Vito, and I’m doing the same things he is. I hope that by simply taking part, I’ve encouraged others to believe they can do it too."

Additionally, Sarah believes that the series has impacted her growth as a mother.

She mentioned, "I've come to understand that I've set restrictions on myself. This is something many parents experience; often, you invest all your energy into other responsibilities, and as a result, you end up placing your faith in others instead of believing in yourself."
