Manchester United and PSG have reached a comprehensive agreement for the transfer of midfielder Manuel Ugarte.
Manchester United will make an initial payment of £42.2 million for the deal, with the potential to increase to £50.7 million (€60 million) including additional payments based on performance.
Ugarte, who the club has been focusing on signing as their main midfielder during the transfer window, is due to arrive in the UK on Tuesday. He will undergo a medical examination and finalize the details of his contract.

PSG entered discussions with the aim of recouping the £51.1m (€60m) they originally invested in Sporting Lisbon last year, excluding any additional bonuses.
The clubs have come to an agreement due to the willingness of all parties involved to make a deal happen. United are said to be satisfied with the agreement they have reached.
The player from Uruguay will be signing with United only a year after PSG bought him from Sporting Lisbon for £51.1m.
