The UFC held its yearly event in Paris on Saturday with UFC Fight Night 243 at Accor Arena, showcasing a lineup of 14 fights.

The French audience left feeling let down after the headline fight, as Renato Moicano (20-6-1 MMA, 12-5 UFC) dominated Benoit Saint Denis (13-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC), leading to a second-round TKO called by the doctor. This victory helped Moicano improve his standing in the lightweight division.

Morgan Charriere, Fares Ziam, Bryan Battle, and Chris Duncan each received $50,000 bonuses for their performances at UFC Fight Night 243.

At UFC Fight Night 243, there were 15,449 fans in attendance, generating a live revenue of $4,000,000.

The favored teams performed well, winning 12 out of 14 games.

This year, favorites in UFC main events dropped to a record of 23 wins and 9 losses.

The entire duration of the fights for the 14-match event was 2 hours, 44 minutes, and 39 seconds.

Renato Moicano Beats Benoit Saint Denis

Since joining the UFC lightweight division in March 2020, Moicano has enhanced his record to 7 wins and 1 loss.

Moicano is currently on a six-fight winning streak in the UFC lightweight division, which is the second-longest active streak alongside Paddy Pimblett. The only longer streak belongs to Islam Makhachev, who has won 13 in a row.

Saint Denis experienced a string of defeats for the first time in his career. He hasn't claimed a victory since November 2023.

Imavov Defeats Allen In Dominant Victory

Brendan Allen, who has a record of 24 wins and 6 losses in mixed martial arts (MMA) and 12 wins and 3 losses in the UFC, has experienced three of his six career defeats by way of decision.

William Gomis Beats Joanderson Brito

William Gomis (14-2 MMA, 4-0 UFC) currently holds a four-fight winning streak in the UFC featherweight division. This impressive record places him tied for the third-longest active streak in the weight class, following Movsar Evloev, who has seven wins, and Ilia Topuria and Lerone Murphy, both of whom have six.

Joanderson Brito (17 wins, 4 losses, 1 draw in MMA, and a record of 5 wins and 2 losses in the UFC) has experienced both of his defeats in the UFC by way of decision.

Bryan Battle Overcomes Kevin Jousset

Battle (11-2 in mixed martial arts, 6-1 in the UFC) has recorded a record of 4 wins and 1 loss, along with one no contest, since he moved down to the UFC welterweight category in August 2022.
