Jailton Almeida Defeats Derrick Lewis On Points In UFC Sao Paulo

Jailton Almeida from Brazil emerged victorious with a unanimous points decision over his opponent Derrick Lewis in the heavyweight division of the UFC fight held in Sao Paulo.
Almedia had never gone through five rounds before but this time, he did. The judges decided that he was the winner with two of them scoring 50-44 and the other one scoring 50-45.
Almeida delivered 120 attacks to Lewis, a fighter from America, who only managed to land 28 hits. The event took place at the Ibirapuera Arena.
Gabriel Bonfim from Brazil encountered his initial loss in 16 MMA matches as Nicolas Dalby from Denmark put an end to his journey in the second round.
