What are the details regarding the tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office on the evening of the event at the following prices:

Adults - £25.00 Seniors (65 and older) - £20.00 Young Adults (ages 18-22) - £18.00 Youth (under 18) - £11.00 Children (under 12) - £7.00

For individuals with disabilities, the cost is £18.00 or a price based on age, and a caregiver can accompany them at no extra cost.

How can I reach the ground?

The postal code is CH42 9PY.

If you're coming from the M6 or M56, take the M53 and then get off at junction 4. From the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto the B5151. You’ll see signs directing you from this point. After about 2.5 miles, Mount Road will turn into Storeton Road. At the traffic lights by the church, turn right onto Prenton Road West. The roundabout will be further down on your right.

What position are we currently in?

Town supporters are located in the Cowshed Stand, which is a roofed seating area situated behind the goal.

When do the turnstiles become operational?

The gates will open at 6:30 PM.

Where can you find the ideal parking spot?

The parking lot at the venue is completely reserved now. While there is street parking available, please pay attention to restrictions for residents and any road closures that may be in effect an hour before kickoff and for half an hour after the game concludes.

The Mersey Clipper pub next door has a limited parking area, but it tends to fill up quickly.

Parking for fans with disabilities?

There are only a few designated parking spots at the venue, and they are mainly reserved for individuals with blue badges.

Which train station is closest to the stadium, and how far is it? Also, how long would it take to walk there?

Birkenhead Central and Rock Ferry Stations are approximately a mile apart, which would take about a 20-minute stroll.

Suggestions for pubs for visiting supporters?

The Mersey Clipper accommodates small groups, and you can also consider Prenton Park and Halfway House. Additionally, there is a fan zone located in the main car park of the stadium.

Are there dining options nearby?

Close to the stadium, you'll find a deli and a popular fish and chip shop. Additionally, there’s a Tesco Express just a short walk away.

Borough Road features additional food takeaway options.

The fan park at the venue will greet supporters and offer a variety of food and beverages.

What is the closest ATM to the Stadium?

There is a no-cost cash machine available for use at Tesco Express, located close to the away supporters' entrance on Borough Road.

What kind of food and beverages can you find in the concourse at the stadium?

We accept payments in both cash and card.

The visitor section offers both hot and cold beverages, along with burgers and pies. There are also snacks available for younger fans.

Drinks are available for purchase in the visiting section as well.

What steps do fans need to follow to bring flags into the stadium?

Flags need to have safety certifications, and the stewards will guide you on where to position them.

You can buy a 48-page printed program for £3.50. It's available at Prenton Park or the Club Shop.
