According to an inquest report, Tom, who was 45 years old and commonly referred to by that name, passed away on Sunday due to a severe injury to his head that was caused by a firearm discovered near his corpse in an outhouse located at his parents' residence in the Cotswolds.

Once they were done with lunch, his father left to take the dogs for a stroll. However, upon his return, Mr Kingston was nowhere to be found inside the residence.

Roughly half an hour after that, the lad's mother set out to search for him. Upon hearing no replies, the boy's father proceeded to barge into a secured structure.
