Thomas Kingston and Lady Gabriella pictured on Valentine's Day in 'last photo' of royal couple

It is speculated that a photograph of Thomas Kingston and Lady Gabriella Windsor, which was captured a few weeks before his passing, could be one of their final memories together.

On Tuesday, Buckingham Palace declared the unexpected passing of Mr Kingston, who was 45 years of age.

A fortnight ago, Mr Kingston and Lady Gabriella - who holds the 56th spot in the line of succession - were caught on camera attending an event to commemorate Shakespeare at the Grosvenor House Park Lane Hotel in the city of London.

The event on Valentine's Day showed the couple together in many photos. Lady Gabriella and her husband wore matching royal blue clothing and she was seen smiling next to him.

In the year 2019, Mr Kingston tied the knot with Lady Gabriella who happens to be the offspring of the Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. The holy matrimony took place at St George's Chapel situated in Windsor Castle. Among the invitees were Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.

The passing away of the financier, who went by the name Tom, was stated to be a "tremendous surprise to the entire family".

Lady Gabriella expressed her admiration for a remarkable individual who brought joy to everyone he encountered.

The monarch and monarch's partner also conveyed their sincere sentiments and well wishes to Lady Gabriella, who goes by the name Ella, as well as the parents and siblings of Mr Kingston.

Lady Gabriella and the King are related as second cousins. They both have King George V as their great-grandparent.

Mr Kingston took on the role of a director at Devonport Capital following his graduation from the University of Bristol. The company's primary focus is to offer financial support to businesses operating in emerging markets.

It is reported that he was in a romantic relationship with Pippa Matthews in 2011, who is the sister of the Princess of Wales and also a close friend of his.

He had been in a romantic relationship with Lady Gabriella for a considerable amount of time, and he popped the question while they were on Sark Island in August of 2018.

The Gloucestershire police announced that they do not suspect any foul play in his passing and are preparing a report for the coroner.
