Sydney Sweeney Wears Structural Balmain Top to "Immaculate" Premiere
On Friday, Sydney Sweeney completely revolutionized the concept of wearable art when she arrived wearing a stunning floral structure.
Sweeney is famous for not being afraid to take risks when it comes to fashion, and she has made a name for herself as a red carpet trendsetter. She once again turned heads on Friday evening when she was snapped by photographers outside the Egyptian Theatre Hollywood in LA before the debut of her latest horror movie, Immaculate. Though Sweeney always looks stunning, it was her top that truly caught everyone's attention this time around.
Sweeney donned a brand new white top with a floral design that looked as if two hands were holding flowers. The top fit Sweeney seamlessly and she chose not to wear a shirt or bra underneath. This garment from Balmain was first showcased at Paris Fashion Week in February, revealing their fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. Sweeney paired the top with black pants, keeping the floral design the centerpiece of her outfit, similar to the runway debut.
Sweeney's wet hair, styled back in a sleek manner, complemented her stylish attire. Her subtle makeup, featuring a nude lip, further enhanced her sophisticated appearance. Later on, following the premiere of the film, Sweeney decided to switch to a more relaxed look. This involved donning a cozy white sweater instead.
In the past few months, Sydney Sweeney has been quite occupied with various activities. She has been promoting numerous movies, hosting a famous show Saturday Night Live, and has been a part of every top-notch event such as Paris Fashion Week, where she introduced her new hairstyle - lob (long bob). Additionally, her rom-com film, Anyone But You did exceptionally well at the box office and fueled rumors of an affair between her and co-actor Glen Powell.
Sweeney's most recent project is called Immaculate. In this film, she plays a nun who is pregnant. The nun decides to travel from America to Italy to find a convent that looks beautiful. However, things become creepy when Sweeney's character learns that the convent has a terrible secret and frightening things happening. Sweeney not only acts in the movie but also produced it. This role allowed Sweeney to explore a different type of acting than she has done before. She said in an interview that she gets to act crazy, which is always enjoyable.
