History of Swansea City

Swansea City Football Club was founded in 1912 and is located in Swansea, Wales. They started off as a lower league team, but have slowly made it to the top-tier Premier League. The Swans have had a few major milestones, including winning the Football League Cup in 2013, the second tier play-off final in 2011, and achieving promotion to the Premier League for the first time in 2011. Currently, their stadium is the Liberty Stadium and their team colors are white and black.
