The popular Malayalam actress and comedienne, Subi Suresh was one of the most renowned names in the South Indian film industry. Unfortunately, at the age of 41, the exceptionally-talented actress passed away due to a liver-related ailment. Subi breathed her last on February 22, 2023, in a private hospital in Kochi. As soon as the heartbreaking news was made live on the internet, several people and celebrities started sharing their condolences to her family.

Also, the actress reportedly got affected with Pneumonia, which worsened her health, resulting in her unfortunate death.

Subi Suresh was famous for always putting her opinions and thoughts in front of the public without any filters. Time and again, we have seen her leading the headlines for her straightforward remarks about complex topics. Despite being such a famous personality, Subi was single, and once in an interview, when she was asked about the same, she revealed the hindrances she faced. The actress admitted that she had fallen in love with two or three people, but because she couldn’t travel with them, all three relationships ended.
As soon as the news of Subi Suresh’s unfortunate demise was all over the news headlines, it was her close friend and actor, Tini Tom, who talked about it and shared a piece of important news about the late actress. According to a report in Mathrubhumi, Tini Tom revealed that he had known Subi right from the beginning of her acting career in the Malayalam film industry, and they used to celebrate their respective wins. However, he also revealed that the actress was thinking about getting married, and the wedding was something she had started getting serious about.
Further, in the same report, Tini Tom also shared how the actress was put on a ventilator after her health had started deteriorating. As per Tom, the actress was about to go through a liver transplant surgery, but because of the delay in the process, they couldn’t hold on to her. Tini Tom also explained how helpless he and her family had felt as no amount of money could save her. So, despite keeping her on the ventilator for one day, they had to say goodbye to Subi Suresh, who had already gone through so much.

As per a report in Onmanorama, Subi Suresh had once uploaded a video on her YouTube channel back in 2022, in which she opened up about her health condition and revealed how her unhealthy lifestyle had cost her so much. Subi revealed that she used to neglect meals after intense work hours and used to be lethargic most of the time. From feeling gastric issues, chest and back pain, and low potassium count to a stone in the pancreas, she had suffered a lot due to a disturbed eating cycle. The video broke the internet back then, and fans requested Subi to take care of her health. But, unfortunately, the actress couldn’t cope with the long-term damages of her small but consistent irregular eating habits.
