Between March 20th, 2023 and March 24th, 2023, Truecaller AB (publ) (LEI code 549300TEYF1FA5G5GK26) bought back a total of 856,540 B shares (ISIN: SE0016787071) that belonged to them as a part of the program that was put in place by the board of directors.

The share buybacks are included in the plan unveiled by Truecaller on September 23, 2022. The buyback plan will go on from September 23 until the 2023 Annual General Meeting and is being done in accordance with the "Emittentregelverket".

The total number of Truecaller shares, including those bought by the company itself, is 379,059,710. The number of outstanding shares, not including those bought by the company, is 363,729,118.
