Aberdeenshire Retail Park: Consultant Appointed

HARDIES got the job for leading a new retail park construction in Banchory.

The council said Banchory Estates can build retail units and a café. The land is behind Tesco in the town.

Lidl, Home Bargains, Starbucks, and M&S Food may come to Banchory, according to Hardies. They are developing the area.

Martin McConnell is Hardies managing partner. He said that they are the lead consultant for an exciting project. They will do project management duties. These duties include Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer and Energy services.

Hardies will be on the design team alongside IDA, Goodsons, and Horizon. They will start working on the site this summer.
