Supply issue - Southampton and Eastleigh
At the moment, we're dealing with a technical problem at the Testwood Water Supply Works, which is preventing water from flowing out. Our team has been working around the clock since last night to resolve the issue. Residents in some areas of Southampton, Eastleigh, Romsey, and the New Forest are facing low water pressure or may not have any water supply at all. The affected postcodes include SO15, SO16, SO40, SO42, SO43, SO45, SO50, SO51, SO52, and SO53.
Alternative Plans For Water Supply Issues
Our Incident Alternative Response team has been dedicatedly working to assist our most at-risk customers and essential services while preventing any possible disruptions in supply.
