P&O Cruises kicks off partnership with Southampton FC charity | Travel Weekly
P&O Cruises has revealed a partnership with the Saints Foundation, the official charity associated with Southampton Football Club, which will last for three years.
The deal is a component of the cruise line's formal sponsorship of the club's men's, women's, and academy teams, covering their uniforms.
The Saints Foundation helps over 5,500 individuals each year in the city through various initiatives focused on health, education, career opportunities, gender equality, and skills for employment.
P&O Cruises will assist the foundation by organizing fundraising events, implementing gender initiatives, and continuing the Skills Swap project.
Paul Ludlow, the president of Carnival UK and P&O Cruises, expressed that it is essential for them to contribute to the community and the residents of their home port, Southampton.
"Support can come in various ways, and this connection will allow us to provide help and make a difference where it truly matters, especially for those who need it the most."
