Happy Valley: Siobhan Finneran stars in season three trailer

Siobhan Finneran is known for her role as Clare Cartwright in Happy Valley, which recently returned to our screens.

Clare, who is a recovering addict, is the sister of the strong-willed Sergeant Catherine Cawood (played by Sarah Lancashire).

The series is back for its third and final season, seven years after the release of the second season.

It saw Catherine find the remains of a gangland murder victim in a reservoir, which unfortunately led the sergeant back to Tommy Lee Royce – who is her grandson's father and her late daughter's rapist.

She later discovers her sister was the one dealing with Ryan's visits to the prison in Leeds with her partner Neil.

In the late 90s, Siobhan got married to Emmerdale actor Mark Jordon and the two went on to welcome two children, Poppy and Jordan, together.

They both slowed down with their acting roles in order to raise their lovely family.

However, the two parted ways in 2014 and Mark, now 57, went on to tie the knot with Emmerdale star Laura Norton.

He also shares two more children with soap actress Laura, 39.

Meanwhile, Siobhan has been booked and busy and most recently appeared in 2021's Time as Marie-Louise and 2020's Pace and DS Howard before her Happy Valley comeback.
