Chad Johnson offered some words of wisdom to Shannon Sharpe following the embarrassing incident his podcast partner faced during an explicit Instagram Live session on Wednesday.
A 56-year-old man unintentionally broadcast live audio of himself participating in sexual activity with a woman he did not know to his 3.2 million followers on social media.
The ex-NFL tight end eventually owned up to the situation, confirming that his account wasn't hacked and that it was actually him engaging in sexual activity during the live stream.
The admission happened in a special emergency episode of 'Nightcap,' the podcast he co-hosts with Johnson, where Sharpe revealed that he felt 'ashamed.'
Although the ESPN personality seemed regretful about his behavior in the bedroom, Johnson offered him some advice on how to enhance his performance.

Sharpe unintentionally broadcasted a private moment with a woman on his Instagram.
"We need to focus on one thing – your hips are fine, but we should improve your cardio since you were breathing heavily," said the former wide receiver.
"You shouldn't be breathing so heavily. We need to improve your cardiovascular fitness. It's important to incorporate cardio when you're lifting weights. Start with the treadmill and then move on to the Stairmaster."
On Wednesday afternoon, the video was streamed on Instagram. Although no faces were visible, a woman's voice could be heard making moaning sounds, and she seemed to mention the name Shannon.
The former NFL star first stated that his social media account had been compromised and that his team was diligently trying to resolve the issue. Later on the show 'Nightcap,' he admitted that the unintended video was actually due to his unfamiliarity with technology.
"I tossed my phone onto the bed and got involved in something else," Sharpe explained. "I wasn't familiar with IG Live. I had never used it before, so I had no idea how it functioned. Then suddenly, my other phone began buzzing."
He mentioned that someone on his team finally succeeded in stopping the live video, and his marketing associate was able to inform him about what was happening. Johnson noted that he received '73 missed calls' from people trying to reach him regarding the explicit live stream, which had drawn in thousands of viewers.
The two ex-NFL players talked about Sharpe's NSFW mishap on their 'Nightcap' podcast.
"Clearly, I'm feeling ashamed. As someone who values their privacy deeply, having one of my most personal moments – the audio – exposed for everyone to listen to is really humiliating for several reasons," Sharpe shared.
Many individuals expect Shannon to maintain a level of professionalism consistently, and I strive to uphold that standard, even when no one is watching. I feel a deep sense of disappointment in myself, not because of the action itself—since countless consenting adults participate in similar behaviors—but because the recording became public. I regret letting so many people down.
Sharpe mentioned that from now on, whenever he has personal moments, he plans to keep his phone in the car.
The ex-Denver Bronco also expressed a desire to switch back to a flip phone.
