Shania Twain has revealed which male celebrity she admires right now.
The famous country music star, aged 58, became well-known for mentioning Brad Pitt in her popular song “That Don’t Impress Me Much”, which was released in 1998.
"Hey, hey, you believe you're unique/ Hey, hey, you believe you're different," is the message in the popular song. "Alright, you may be a famous celebrity/ But that doesn't interest me too much."
Before her show at Glastonbury festival next week, Twain talked to The Times about her successful career, upbringing - and the motivation behind her popular song, which has received 196 million streams.
When asked which male celebrity she would include in her lyrics if she were to write a song today, Twain picked British singer Harry Styles.
"He's like the modern-day Elvis," the singer remarked about the ex-member of One Direction who has now embarked on a successful solo career in pop music.
During the 2022 Coachella music festival, Twain and Styles surprised the audience with a duet performance of her hit song "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!"
The two musicians donned coordinating sequined outfits with multiple colors for the show, which Twain described as a standout moment in her long career.
Twain has updated the lyrics to “That Don’t Impress Me Much” for current times before. Last year, she mentioned that Channing Tatum was the Brad Pitt equivalent of 2023 after seeing him in the trailer for Magic Mike’s Last Dance.
Last year, while performing at the 2022 People's Choice Awards, Twain replaced Pitt's name with fellow Canadian Ryan Reynolds, who was in the crowd.
Pitt was later questioned about how he felt when Reynolds took credit for his ideas in the song. "You can spread the credit around," he responded. "Ryan is a good person too. He also deserves recognition."

Twain has secured a spot in the highly coveted Legends Slot at this year's Glastonbury festival. They will be performing alongside headliners such as Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and SZA on the prestigious Pyramid Stage.
The singer mentioned to The Times that she intends to invite a special guest to her concert unexpectedly. Even though she doesn't reveal the guest's identity, the article mentions that "it's worth noting that when Styles performed at Coachella in 2022, he brought out... Twain."
Twain has managed to sell more than 100 million records, solidifying her status as one of the top-selling artists in history.
She is currently performing her most popular songs on tour, and will also be the main act at the British Summer Time Festival in Hyde Park, London, on 7 July.
