The event occurred at Xalet Del Nin, which is a coastal villa located towards the south of Barcelona, and close to the popular Sitges gay resort. Chris Stark, who was previously a co-host with Mill on Radio 1, was responsible for conducting the ceremony. He expressed his pride in fulfilling the role, stating on Instagram that it was among the most significant honors he has received in his life.
Famous visitors who showed up were Rylan Clark, Zoe Ball, Vick Hope and Calvin Harris accompanied by his spouse. The event also featured presentations by openly gay singer Calum Scott, Pixie Lott, Sam Ryder from Eurovision and DJ Joel Corry.
