Authorities have verified that a body has been discovered during the search for the missing artist, Sarah Cunningham.
Authorities had requested the public’s help in finding the 31-year-old who was reported missing after she was last spotted around 3 a.m. on Saturday on Jamestown Road in Camden.
Just after 1:10 AM on Monday, emergency services were alerted to an incident involving a person on the tracks at Chalk Farm Underground Station.
"A representative from the Metropolitan Police stated, 'While we wait for the official identification, Sarah's family has been notified about this update.'"
They have requested that their privacy be honored during this challenging period.
Met police officers are collaborating with their counterparts from the British Transport Police to investigate the situation.

Authorities have classified the death as "unexpected," but they do not consider it to be suspicious at this time, according to police statements.
A representative from the London Ambulance Service stated that several units were dispatched to Chalk Farm Tube station at approximately 1:10 AM.
"A representative stated that the initial team reached the location within three minutes."
“Our teams supported emergency services on-site. Unfortunately, despite the dedicated efforts of first responders, a patient lost their life at the location.”
Initial unverified reports indicated that Ms. Cunningham was spotted entering a dark-colored vehicle shortly before her disappearance. However, the police have looked into this sighting and do not think it was actually her.
After Ms. Cunningham went missing, her brother, her boyfriend, and various individuals from the art community took to social media to ask for help. They urged anyone who might know where she is to share any information they might have.
In a recent post on X, the Metropolitan Police shared two photos of Sarah, one featuring her in the black outfit she was last seen in.
Lisson Gallery, the modern art venue located on Edgware Road that represents Ms. Cunningham, has also called on anyone who might have information to reach out to the police.
The gallery shared in an Instagram post that the artist was last spotted in a black shirt, black skirt, and black Converse shoes.
On Saturday, Ms. Cunningham's brother, Anthony Cunningham, made an urgent request on social media.
"My sister, Sarah Cunningham, has been unaccounted for since 2:30 AM in Camden. She was last spotted exiting the apartment building on Jamestown Road," he posted on X.
“She was dressed in all black. If you have any details, please reach out to me or the police. She has been officially reported missing.”
On Facebook, Ms. Cunningham's boyfriend, Jack Brown, made a similar request on Saturday, asking, "If anyone knows where she is or has seen or heard anything, please reach out to me or the police."
According to the Lisson Gallery's website, Ms. Cunningham was born in Nottingham in 1993 and earned a master's degree in painting from the Royal College of Art in 2022.
Her creations have been showcased in various locations, including Berlin, Los Angeles, Aspen, and Vancouver.
On October 26, she shared her latest post on Instagram, showcasing pictures from her visit to the Burberry store in Seoul. During her visit, her artwork was displayed alongside pieces by two other contemporary British artists.
Under her post, supporters, friends, and worried individuals from the community shared messages expressing their wishes for her safe return.
