Samantha Irvin has declared that her four-year journey with WWE has reached its conclusion.

The 35-year-old, who became part of World Wrestling Entertainment in 2021, announced her unexpected exit on Monday, October 21.

In a touching and extensive message shared on her X and Instagram profiles, she expressed: "To the WWE Universe, my journey as the Ring Announcer for Monday Night Raw has reached its conclusion. I hold immense love for all of you, and this isn’t the end of my creative journey; I have so much more to offer in the years to come."

“I appreciate all the WWE fans who welcomed me with open arms.”

She expressed her gratitude to her colleagues in the Women’s Locker Room, as well as the crew, cameramen, former and current WWE Superstars, coaches, and others for all their support throughout her journey.

"To my supporters, I've spent my whole career anticipating your presence! We are destined to connect, and I can show you why. Keep an eye out for what’s coming!" she finished.

Irvin, whose real name is Samantha Johnson, joined WWE in 2021 as the announcer for the 205 Live program. She later took over from Greg Hamilton as the ring announcer for Friday Night Smackdown.

A year later, she was elevated to the position of ring announcer for the main Monday Night Raw program.

While working as a WWE presenter, she won over fans with her excitement and dedication to announcing in the ring. In April, she had the honor of introducing 14 matches at Wrestlemania, receiving accolades from the iconic ring announcer Michael Buffer.

"Ring announcer Samantha Irvin stole the show at @WrestleMania last night, and her heartfelt closing announcement was remarkable," he shared on X at that moment.

“She appeared in the spotlight during the main event – it was a clever decision by the producers, and she truly shone!” he continued. “Her timing, rhythm, intensity, and enthusiasm were all spot on!”

She left just a few months after her fiancé, professional wrestler Ricochet, departed from WWE in June and joined rival promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He made his first appearance in AEW in August during the Casino Gauntlet match.

There has been no announcement yet regarding who will take Irvin's place.

Irvin, a talented singer and musician, first gained recognition as a semi-finalist in the tenth season of America's Got Talent. She showcased her flute skills in a 2020 episode of the Fox game show I Can See Your Voice.
