The train company that operates through the channel has included around 50 extra services during the championship.

Eurostar has experienced a substantial rise of almost 30% in reservations for trips from London St Pancras to France during the Rugby World Cup in comparison to the corresponding timeframe of the previous year.

The train company that operates the service across the English Channel stated that it anticipates around 600,000 individuals to utilize their transportation from London St Pancras to either Paris or Lille throughout the duration of the seven-week competition, commencing on Friday.

In order to meet the increased demand, approximately 50 more services have been incorporated, resulting in a rise of daily trains to Paris, reaching a maximum of 17, and Lille, with a total of seven.

Over 50,000 custom-made treats resembling rugby balls will be provided to travelers holding standard premier and business premier tickets for the London-Paris journey.

This delightful treat consists of a creamy panna cotta infused with delicate notes of vanilla, accompanied by a subtle touch of raspberry and a luscious chocolate ganache arranged in layers.
