People will still find coins with the image of the deceased Queen mixed in with coins that have the King's image. They will still be in circulation together.

According to the Mint, the new coins have a consistent design composed of three interlocking Cs. This pattern drew inspiration from Charles II's cypher in history, while the flora and fauna element symbolizes the significance of the natural world and the future.
