Stewart, who has achieved over 250 million record sales globally, expressed, “I’m excited, prepared, and fully capable of entertaining and delighting my friends at Glastonbury this June.”

Earlier this year, Stewart's "Swing Fever" album, created in partnership with Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, earned him his eleventh No. 1 album in the UK. This achievement places him alongside music legends like David Bowie, Taylor Swift, and U2.

Emily Eavis of the Glastonbury Festival has previously revealed that the festival will be taking a break in 2026.

In other exciting festival updates, Parklife Festival has revealed that Charli XCX will be one of its main acts for 2025. Meanwhile, Pulp is set to take the stage as the headliner for the opening night of the Tramlines Festival in Sheffield next summer. Additionally, next year's Truck Festival in Oxfordshire will feature headliners such as Kasabian, The Courteeners, Nothing But Thieves, and Bloc Party.
