Robbie Williams to perform at Bath's Royal Crescent
The famous singer Robbie Williams is set to take the stage at the Royal Crescent in Bath, marking one of the rare concerts held at this iconic venue.
The outdoor concert scheduled for June 13, 2025, is a highlight of the singer's tour across the UK. According to the promoters, it will showcase a remarkable collaboration between a legendary artist and a renowned venue.
Constructed 250 years ago, the Royal Crescent is a key reason why the city received UNESCO World Heritage Site recognition in 1987.
The Royal Crescent Society stated, "An exceptional artist like Robbie Williams needs an extraordinary venue, and we're excited to host this concert for the fantastic and supportive residents of Bath."
The event will be held on the exclusive lawns of the Royal Crescent, featuring the iconic 30 Grade I Listed terrace homes as a stunning backdrop.
The concert has been called a "perfect way to mark the 250th anniversary of The Royal Crescent's construction."
The Royal Crescent has seen just a few concerts over the years, with the latest one being by Michael Bublé, who played two shows for 25,000 fans in 2022.
Bath and North East Somerset council member Paul Roper expressed his excitement, stating, "It was wonderful to witness the city alive with fans arriving for the Michael Bublé concerts, which really helped to energize local businesses and the hospitality sector throughout the weekend."
"I'm confident we'll experience this again next summer, and we can't wait to host Robbie Williams in our amazing city."
Williams found success as the youngest member of Take That, which he joined in 1990, and he launched his solo career in 1995.
Since that time, he has achieved six of the Top 100 best-selling albums in the UK, sold 85 million albums globally, and won 18 BRIT Awards, more than any other musician in history.
