Oasis has revealed that Richard Ashcroft, the ex-lead vocalist of The Verve, will be joining them as a supporting artist for their upcoming tour.

Liam and Noel Gallagher are set to launch their much-anticipated reunion tour in July 2025, with Ashcroft participating in all their performances across the UK and Ireland.

Ashcroft, the songwriter behind the 1997 hit "Bitter Sweet Symphony," expressed that the brothers motivated him to produce some of his finest music.

This is the first guest the band has revealed for their tour.

He remarked, "As a long-time fan, I was thrilled for various reasons when I heard the news about Oasis making a comeback."

I truly believe that Noel’s incredible songwriting skills and Liam’s genuine passion as a lead vocalist have inspired me to produce some of my finest work.

It was the sheer brilliance of Live Forever that inspired me to attempt to create my own piece.

They had the courage to pursue greatness, turning our dreams into reality, and I will fondly cherish those moments forever.

"Now it's time to make new memories, and I'm fully prepared to dive in."

"Catch you next summer. Music is a force to be reckoned with."

This will mark the first occasion that the Gallaghers have played together since 2009.

Starting in Cardiff, they will also have additional performances in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin.
