Rebecca Ferguson Stood Up To Disrespectful Co-star On Set; Possibly Implying Tom Cruise
Rebecca Ferguson, who will be starring in Dune: Part Two, recently shared that she had an unpleasant experience with a well-known co-star who was quite impolite. The incident forced her to stand up for herself, although she did not disclose the name of the co-star. Rumors are circulating on X (formerly Twitter) suggesting that the actor in question is Tom Cruise. During a podcast interview with Josh Smith for Reign, Ferguson was asked about a time when she felt the most proud for standing up for herself. Additionally, the highly-anticipated Dune: Part Two has received rave reviews, leading to calls for a third film in the franchise.
Terrified Me: My Experience
According to Rebecca Ferguson, she had an unpleasant experience while working on a movie with a co-star who displayed idiotic behavior. This individual was extremely insecure and would get angry whenever they were unable to perform their scenes properly. As a result, Rebecca felt vulnerable and uncomfortable which led to her being yelled at - a sight that often left her in tears. The co-star in question would even publicly ridicule her on set in front of the entire crew, questioning her abilities as an actor. This led to a very tense and unpleasant working environment for Rebecca.

The speaker recounted a difficult experience on set where she didn't feel supported because the person in charge was being unreasonable. She felt scared but decided to speak up for herself and asked the person to leave. The producers attempted to intervene, but she was determined to continue working without the person's presence. Despite her fear, she hasn't allowed herself to be in a similar situation again.
Response To Rebecca Ferguson's Comment
A lot of people responded to a video where the performer talked about her impolite colleague. Someone wrote on Twitter, "Can we get rid of Tom Cruise? Come on, web... you know what to do." Somebody else guessed that the actor being referred to is Tom Cruise, and that's probably why her character was written off in the latest Mission Impossible film. It's a pity, as she was one of the highlights of the series.
However, some were hesitant to believe that Rebecca Ferguson was referring to Tom. A user on the website X commented, "She didn't specify whether it was a man or a woman, did she? The use of the word 'actor' could lead people to assume it's a man, but she consistently refers to 'that person' during the interview." Another user agreed, stating, "That was my initial thought. It can't be Tom Cruise or Hugh Jackman. I considered Hugh Grant, but he wasn't the main actor on the project. Dwayne Johnson could be a possibility, but I'm not convinced. It's difficult to say for sure."
A few people also included Michael Fassbender as a possibility. Michael Fassbender appeared alongside Rebecca Ferguson in the movie titled The Snowman, which came out in 2017.
Rebecca Ferguson's Dune Sequel
Rebecca Ferguson is set to appear in the sequel to the award-winning film Dune, directed by Denis Villeneuve. This new movie is called Dune: Part Two and will feature Ferguson in the role of Jessica, a significant character in the story as she is the mother of Paul Atreides played by Timothee Chalamet. The film will also include Zendaya in the cast in this science fiction adventure.
The second part of Dune picks up right where the first part left off. In this installment, Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet, teams up with the Fremen to get revenge on those who caused his family to suffer. Their actions could have a profound impact on the fate of the entire universe.
