Toni Kroos Cries With Daughter As Real Madrid Bids Farewell To Legendary Midfielder At Emotional Santiago Bernabeu

Toni Kroos was crying when he bid farewell to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium for the last time on Saturday. The midfielder received an affectionate goodbye from players and fans, making the moment very emotional.

The famous German player will retire from football after the Euro Championship. His final match will be the Champions League final next week.

When Kroos joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich for a fee of just £20m in 2014, only a small number of fans showed up for his unveiling ceremony. This was despite him rejecting an offer from Manchester United in order to make the move to Spain.

Despite already being crowned league champions, Real Madrid played their final LaLiga match of the season against Real Betis in a packed stadium to bid farewell to their 34-year-old player. The match ended in a scoreless draw.

The football club showcased all the silverware that the player accomplished while at Madrid. Kroos was photographed holding numerous trophies before the game started.

The ex-champion of the World Cup participated in the game without goals for 87 minutes before he was replaced. This was done to allow the audience to show their appreciation for his performance by giving him a standing ovation.

Kroos was filled with strong feelings when he took his daughter from the bench after being replaced. They both hugged each other with deep emotions and cried heavily.
