To celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary, Timothy has authored a book documenting the journey of his enduring relationship with his spouse. The book also delves into his partner's medical condition, which she received a formal diagnosis for back in 2014.

"Well, we've been successful," he remarked with the addition, "It hasn't exactly been difficult, has it?"
After being asked, she answered back saying, "Absolutely not! He's someone whom I fancy, cherish and relish spending time with."

After being diagnosed with dementia in 2014, Prunella and her partner started hosting the Channel 4 documentary series, Great Canal Journeys. They were instructed by medical professionals to stay positive, despite Prunella's diagnosis, and ended up doing the show for ten seasons.
