The operational times of the ticket office are as follows:

From Monday to Friday, the working hours are from 9am to 5pm. On Saturday, during a home match day, the timings are from 9am until the kick-off, and then half an hour post the game. However, on Saturday, when there is no home match, the operating hours are from 9am to noon. The place remains closed on Sunday.
