Plane crashes at campground in Plymouth

On Monday morning, a plane smashed at a campsite located in Plymouth, and presently the pilot has been transported to the infirmary.

The authorities were informed via a 911 call at 10:58 in the morning stating that an airplane had gone down at Gentiles Campground, which is located in the Terryville region of Plymouth.

The aircraft operator sustained injuries and has been transported to a medical center.

According to the FAA, the aircraft in question is a Cessna 172 with only one engine, and the sole occupant of the plane was the pilot.

The authorities are requesting the press to stay at the campsite's entrance because there has been an accidental leakage of fuel.
