According to reports, Pedro Pascal is in discussions to take on the role of Reed Richards, also known as Mr Fantastic, in the forthcoming Fantastic Four reboot being produced by Marvel Studios.
The upcoming superhero movie featuring the four main characters will be directed by Matt Shakman, who is known for his work in WandaVision. The release date for this exciting new film is set for May of 2025.
The Independent has reached out to spokespeople for both Pascal and Marvel Studios to gather their input.
The upcoming Fantastic Four reboot is significant because it marks the first occasion that the quartet of heroes will be incorporated into the cohesive Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

It's true that Krasinski played a different version of Mr Fantastic from another reality in the 2021 movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
