A Career That Has Left Its Mark on the Corporate World

Paula Vennells is a trailblazer and a pioneer in her respective field, and her accomplishments speak for themselves. As the former CEO of the Post Office, she led the organization through a challenging period and oversaw a significant transformation that saw it become more efficient, profitable, and customer-focused. Prior to this role, she served as an executive director for British Retail Consortium and as the Managing Director of sales and service at TalkTalk which included Tiscali, AOL Broadband, and its mobile business. She was also director of convenience at LloydsPharmacy. Her career has not only been focused on profit but also has seen her become a supervisory board member of Dunelm, NHS England & NHS Improvement. Her dedication, experience and enthusiasm of driving organisations forward is continuing in her current role as chairperson of Imperial NHS as well as lecturing at a range of Universities across the UK.
