Parklife: Man held over nitrous oxide haul at festival

There was a guy who got apprehended when a significant amount of nitrous oxide was discovered during Manchester's Parklife festival.

Around 80,000 individuals are projected to attend the yearly occurrence taking place at Heaton Park over the course of the forthcoming weekend.

The police department in Greater Manchester reported that they apprehended a man who is 34 years old at the festival area on Friday afternoon.

He was under interrogation due to suspicion of having the substance with aim to distribute, which is also referred to as laughing gas.

Starting from November, nitrous oxide from an external source has been classified as a class C drug. Consequently, it is unlawful to provide it for any other reason besides its designated purposes, namely in healthcare domains.
