What's YOUR favourite moment from the Paris Olympics?

Olympics

This summer has been full of intense rivalry in 32 various sports.

We have witnessed top athletes from around the world representing their countries at the Paris Olympics, but the event has now concluded.

The Games were absolutely amazing!

In this year's contest, Team GB earned a total of 65 medals, with 14 golds, 22 silvers, and 29 bronze medals.

Toby Roberts, a climbing enthusiast, and Ellie Aldridge, a kiteboarding expert, achieved a significant accomplishment by securing the first-ever gold medals for Great Britain in their respective sports.

The 2024 Olympics had some exciting moments. Simone Biles made a great comeback in gymnastics, the refugee team won their first medal, and there was a close finish in the men's 100 meter race with Noah Lyles from the USA winning by a tiny margin. Arshad Nadeem from Pakistan set a new Olympic record in javelin throw, earning his country's first gold medal outside of hockey. It was a thrilling event!

We also witnessed skateboarding making its first appearance at the Olympics, St Lucia and Dominica winning their first ever Olympic medals, and tennis star Novak Djokovic claiming his first Olympic gold after participating in five Games.

The 2024 Olympics were packed with incredible moments, no doubt about it.
