The band Oasis

Oasis is a British rock band that was formed in Manchester in 1991. The band consisted of lead vocalist Liam Gallagher, guitarist Noel Gallagher, bassist Paul "Guigsy" McGuigan, drummer Tony McCarroll, and later added rhythm guitarist, Gem Archer. The band became famous in the 1990s for their unique sound, which combined classic rock with elements of British psychedelia and punk rock.

Their rise and legacy

Oasis released their debut album "Definitely Maybe" in 1994, which became an instant hit, followed by their second album "What's the Story? Morning Glory?" in 1995, which catapulted them to worldwide fame. The band's music and lyrics resonated with millions and their iconic style influenced many bands after them. Despite the band's eventual breakup in 2009, their legacy lives on, and their music continues to inspire a new generation of musicians.
