Nvidia experienced a substantial surge of about 9% following the release of its second-quarter outcomes. Shares of semiconductor companies including Taiwan Semiconductor, AMD, and Marvell rallied following Nvidia's strong second-quarter financial results. Taiwan Semiconductor experienced a 3% increase, while AMD and Marvell witnessed gains of 3.9% and 5.3% respectively.

Estimate — The fashion company's stock soared by almost 19% following Guess's announcement that they achieved a profit of 72 cents per share, disregarding additional expenses, from a total revenue of $664.5 million in the most recent quarter.

Shares of Super Micro Computer rose by 8.4% after Nvidia's impressive earnings results. Loop Capital, an investment firm, reaffirmed their recommendation to buy shares of Super Micro Computer earlier in the day. Analyst Ananda Baruah mentioned that if Nvidia's earnings report exceeds expectations, it could have a positive impact on the stock of Super Micro Computer.

Autodesk - The stock of this software company experienced a 5% increase following the announcement of its second-quarter performance. Autodesk managed to achieve an adjusted earnings per share of $1.91, along with $1.35 billion in revenue. Industry experts surveyed by Refinitiv had estimated earnings of $1.73 per share and revenue of $1.32 billion, but Autodesk surpassed those predictions.
