Noor was just 22 years old when she became connected with legendary Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger in 2017. They crossed paths in Paris during Mick’s tour with the band, and it was rumored that they went on a number of outings together in the romantic city.
Mick eventually introduced his partner to a number of his band members, and Noor was photographed with the singer, along with Ronnie Wood and his wife, Sally Humphreys.
When discussing their two-year age gap later on, Noor shared with HELLO!: "The age difference didn't concern me. The heart doesn't recognize age; it only understands feelings. It was my first real relationship, and it brought me a lot of joy."
A year after her relationship with Mick, Noor began seeing Nicolas, a 57-year-old billionaire philanthropist. They reportedly met in New York City, but their connection wasn't publicly recognized until August when she celebrated his birthday.
"Happy Birthday, Nicolas!" she posted back then. "My partner in adventure! Here's to many more birthdays ahead! I’m thrilled to celebrate this special day with you!"
The couple's connection persisted over the year and into 2019. Although it's not certain when they chose to separate, their final appearance together was in early 2020. Nevertheless, they appeared to stay on good terms, as they were spotted together at an upscale dinner in 2022.
In January 2019, there were claims that Noor was romantically involved with acting icon Clint, who was then 89 years old. However, the producer promptly dismissed these rumors.
She clarified to the Mail, "We are not in a relationship or dating. We’re just family friends, and my family was there, that’s all."
Noor and Al are thought to have begun their adventurous relationship during the COVID-19 lockdowns, despite the significant 53-year age difference between them. The two initially crossed paths at a dinner gathering in the 2010s, but it wasn't until several years later that they developed a romantic connection.
In an interview with Vogue Arabia, the actress shared, "He's exceptionally gifted and one-of-a-kind. I never really thought about him potentially being my son's father. Al lives close by, and we began hanging out daily, playing chess and enjoying movies together. It felt like I was attending film school with Al Pacino. Naturally, things evolved into something deeper."
Throughout their time together, Noor and Al became parents to a son named Roman. A spokesperson for the actor shared with HELLO!, stating, “I can confirm that Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a baby boy, whom they have named Roman Pacino.”
The two eventually parted ways, with Al referring to their connection as being "friends" in an interview with People.
