The country occupies an area of 923,768 square kilometers, with over a hundred million inhabitants, making it the most populous country in Africa. The land of Nigeria comprises of many landscapes, including highlands, savannahs, rainforests, and grasslands.

The Nigerian Economy

Nigeria is known for its vast oil reserves, which have made it a prominent player in the global oil industry. Apart from oil, the Nigeria economy also generates revenue from agriculture, telecommunications, and manufacturing among other sectors. As a developing country, Nigeria faces numerous challenges, including poverty, corruption, and unemployment. However, the Nigerian government-led by President Muhammadu Buhari is implementing various economic development strategies to address these issues and improve the overall welfare of its citizens.
