People who watched The One Show noticed that Nick Knowles appears to have changed his appearance.

People were shocked by Nick Knowles' new appearance when he showed up on The One Show. Some even commented that they couldn't recognize him.
One of the famous guests on BBC's recent episode (26th February) was the popular host of DIY SOS. However, quite a lot of viewers were more focused on his newly grown beard.
Host Alex Jones couldn't contain her curiosity and interrupted her discussion about the show to inquire about Knowles' new appearance.

The celebrity made an appearance on The One Show to have a conversation about his brand-new travel program called The Mighty Mississippi. The show documents his journey along the Mississippi river in the United States.

When he talked about his trip, many people went to social media to say that his hair was longer and his beard was fuller than usual.
One individual on X acknowledged, "I am in awe that I am unable to identify him." Another concurred, stating, "Nick Knowles has experienced such a significant transformation that he is now unidentifiable."
Another person commented: "I wouldn't have been able to identify that man as Nick Knowles without hearing his voice." A viewer in shock asked, "What's going on with Nick Knowles?"
Someone made a jest that the person giving the presentation was imitating the style of WWE, while another person commented humorously: "At what point did Nick Knowles transform into Brian Blessed?"
One watcher commented that Nick Knowles bears a resemblance to the character from the PS1 game Doom. They added that it's as though he has finally emerged victorious after three decades of battle.

Nick Knowles' Thoughts On His Makeover
During the show, Alex Jones inquired about Knowles' transformation, playfully pointing out how obvious it was. She remarked that his show seemed like an exciting journey and that it would be enjoyable for viewers to watch. However, she brought up the subject of his beard, stating that it was a topic that hadn't been discussed yet but was hard to miss.
Knowles responded with a laugh, saying, "There are two factors to consider."
There are two reasons for my current situation. Firstly, I am not involved in any filming at this time. Rather, I am using this opportunity to focus on my writing as well as other creative endeavors. As a result, I decided to grow a beard. Secondly, a colleague of mine asked me if I would be interested in acting. This is not a new experience for me, as I have been in the television industry for four decades and have dabbled in acting previously. Since I currently have some free time, I agreed to take on the role.
