In the first half of the game, Reffell scored two points, and Scott and Wiese added more touchdowns, which gave Tigers an extra bonus point. By the end of the first half, they were ahead with a score of 26-3.

After the second half, Reffell, a flanker from Wales, achieved his third goal while the Tigers effortlessly secured their third consecutive victory.

Ollie Hassell-Collins and Mike Brown scored the winning points in the match towards the end.

The triumph boosted the Tigers' rank to number seven on the scoreboard. On the other hand, Newcastle encountered their most crushing defeat of the season, which caused them to lag behind by eight points at the bottom of the table.

Exeter had to make a comeback in the second half to beat the struggling Falcons in the previous week, and at the beginning of the game, the visiting team showed strength and were ahead after 12 minutes.

Despite their persistent early efforts, the team only managed to score a single penalty by Brett Connon. It is worth mentioning that Connon stepped in as a substitute for Louie Johnson.

Their advantage was short-lived as Reffell scored the game's initial try from a maul in chilly and damp weather conditions at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, only three minutes later.

Reffell scored another try towards the outer edge of the field after Scott broke through a gap and dove over to score the second try for the Tigers at the 30-minute mark.

Wiese picked up the ball that was loose after an attempted pick-and-go very close to the line. This helped Tigers dominate the first half even more as he scored a five-point try, resulting in them receiving their second bonus point for scoring a try this season.

Reffell managed to score his third goal of the day, and it was thanks to another attempt that successful. This goal also marked the fifth for the Tiger's team following the break.

Newcastle had one player sent off, as Pedro Rubiolo got sin-binned for making a high tackle. Eventually, Hassell-Collins scored a point, but even with all their players, Newcastle couldn't stop Brown from scoring the final point. It was a terrible day for Newcastle.

"Reffell Shines In Impressive Performance"

During an interview with BBC Radio Leicester, Dan McKellar, the head coach of Leicester Tigers, expressed his thoughts.

When we arrived here, we had a specific strategy in mind. We aimed to perform efficiently in three key areas - kicking, defending, and executing set-piece moves - and we accomplished these tasks exceptionally.

One thing that really impressed me about that show was how it perfectly embodied the essence of Leicester Tigers - it was completely imbued with our unique identity and spirit.

The team from Newcastle has accumulated a considerable number of points in their previous games. It was particularly delightful to witness how we diligently guarded our goal area with deep-seated integrity, enthusiasm, and robustness.

Regarding Reffell's play: "Since his return from the World Cup, Tommy Reffell has been exceptional. He is determined to become one of the top players in his position globally and is consistently pushing himself. His aspiration is to regularly participate in Test rugby, and if he maintains this level of performance with the Tigers, he will undoubtedly achieve that goal."

During an interview with BBC Radio Newcastle, the head coach of Newcastle Falcons, Alex Codling, stated that...

Today's team consists of 14 players who have experience playing internationally. They excel in performing the fundamentals flawlessly. Due to the adverse weather conditions that we played in today, we had difficulty advancing past the middle of the field.

When we finally attempted it, we ended up making errors. The situation slowly became more intense and it was difficult to watch.

The athletes are amazing, they have put in a lot of effort, but once we start losing steam it becomes a real challenge to regain it.

It's hard to accept the result, but we need to keep going forward.

The players starting for the Leicester Tigers team are Brown, Steward, Scott, Kelly, and Hassell-Collins. Pollard and Youngs will be playing as well. As for the front line, Van Wyk, Montoya who will be captaining the team, and Cole will be playing. Wells, Chessum, Liebenberg, Reffell, and Wiese will also be joining in the match.

Possible free English rephrasing: We have some new names on the team sheet for the upcoming match. In place of the injured players, we have Clare, Whitcombe, Hurd, Carter, Rogerson, Whiteley, Shillcock, and Kata. These substitutions bring fresh talent to the field, and we trust they will give their best effort to help us secure a victory. We welcome them to the squad and look forward to seeing them in action.

The rugby team known as the Newcastle Falcons has a solid lineup for their latest game. On the team are Obatoyinbo, Radwan, Penny, Moroni, Brown, Connon, Elliott, Brocklebank, Blamire, and Bello. In addition, there are also players named Hawkins, De Chaves, Rubiolo, Cross, and Chick (who is serving as the captain). With such a strong group, it's sure to be an exciting match.
