On Wednesday evening, Laurence Fox, a former actor, shared a graphic image of Ms. Kaur (whose picture was also included) on X (previously known as Twitter) without her permission. This occurred during a disagreement about their individual political beliefs.

In the picture, she was not wearing underwear and the person who posted it wrote a message. They praised Narinder for speaking out against Leilani Dowding for showing her breasts and celebrated modesty. They stated that there should be certain expectations for how people behave in public.

Following negative feedback about his post, he stated: 'It's not my responsibility that she neglected to wear trousers'.

Users of social media criticized the action, calling it 'very inappropriate'. The founder of the Reclaim Party replied, stating: 'I did not take the picture [sic] nor did I accidentally forget to put on my pants. Please leave me alone.'

Early today, Ms Kaur informed her X followers saying, "This issue is now going to be handled by the authorities."

Afterwards, she included: 'I'm aware that others are advising me not to feel ashamed and humiliated, but I can't help it. I feel extremely sad knowing that individuals have seen and laughed at my intimate areas. It's an unspeakably humiliating situation.'

At approximately noon today, she expressed gratitude towards her supporters and conveyed, 'I simply wish to extend my sincerest appreciation to all those who have been supportive and supportive of my well-being. It's truly overwhelming and moving me to tears. Thank you, my lovable audience, your efforts are truly assisting me in regaining my strength and confidence.'

The law known as the Voyeurism (Offences) Act 2019 pertains to those who use equipment to capture images or videos of a person's private areas without their consent. If found guilty, the most severe punishment is a two-year jail sentence.

Earlier today, Ms Kaur informed her X followers that the situation has escalated to involve law enforcement.

Sharing intimate photos or videos of someone without their permission, known as "revenge porn," is considered a sexual crime according to the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. The intention of such an act is to cause humiliation and distress to the victim.

The picture of Ms Kaur was previously taken down from image websites due to the implementation of a law prohibiting upskirting. The photograph was taken without her awareness or approval.
