Millie Bobby Brown's Wedding Dress: The Actor Just Shared the First Pics of Her Stunning Lace Gown
I don't mean to rush things, but we really need to see Millie Bobby Brown's wedding dress already!
Five months after tying the knot with Jake Bongiovi, the Stranger Things actress posted pictures from their wedding on social media. The photos featured the couple's beautiful floral altar and her exquisite long lace gown by Oscar de la Renta.
"Your wife, now and forever," the actor wrote alongside a collection of photos from their special day in Italy, highlighting her lengthy veil and Bongiovi’s white jacket. In the images, which you can view here, the couple shares a kiss beneath a floral arch and walks hand in hand at sunset. The last photo captures Brown blowing a bubble with her gum while wearing a short white silk dress, likely at the reception, playfully donning her groom’s bowtie.
Bongiovi posted a collection of pictures from the wedding along with a heartfelt caption: “forever and always, your husband.” In these images, it's clear that the ceremony was presided over by none other than Matthew Modine, who plays Eleven’s father in Stranger Things, much to the surprise of the commenters. Among the photos, there’s a lovely moment of the couple holding hands in a cozy space, where Millie Bobby Brown is wearing a stunning lacy corset dress that doesn’t seem to be her actual wedding gown but has that wedding vibe, while Jake looks sharp in a black jacket. I suspect these outfits were for their rehearsal dinner. He tagged Banana Republic in one of the shots. Check out the photos here.
The photographer for the couple shared additional insights on her personal account, showcasing a classy black and white image. She captioned it, “MILLIE + JAKE tied the knot at the renowned @cetinale, which famously hosted some scenes from Succession... They had a fairly intimate gathering with close friends and family.” Here, “bijou” refers to something that is both small and sophisticated. Interestingly, the Centinale property is also the wedding venue for two of the creators of Hacks. I'm not sure how I came across that fact, but I definitely remember it!
