Mike Tyson, 57, announces boxing return for Netflix fight against Jake Paul

The fighter Mike Tyson is scheduled to battle against the boxing newbie Jake Paul, who formerly worked as a YouTuber. Their brawl will be available for viewers to watch via live streaming on Netflix.

In his prime, Tyson, who is now 57 years old, was famously referred to as the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’. Meanwhile, Paul, a 27-year-old, has expressed his desire to achieve the status of a professional world champion.

Paul and Tyson are scheduled to battle on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium situated in Texas. This occasion marks the second time the two are set to share the stage at a boxing tournament.

In the year 2020, Paul participated in the co-main event of a pay-per-view evening, while Tyson fought in an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jnr. This marked Tyson's comeback into the ring after not competing since 2006.

Paul had his second experience as a professional boxer that evening. He managed to land a powerful punch on the second round and knock out Nate Robinson, a former NBA player, who had stepped into the ring.

Paul has won nine times and lost once in his career, and he has managed to knock out his opponent six times. On the other hand, Tyson has had a very successful career with a total of 58 fights. He won 50, an incredible number of 44 of which were knockouts.

Tyson accomplished the feat of becoming the youngest heavyweight champion by winning his first belt at the age of 20 years, 4 months, and 22 days. He is also the first boxer to hold titles in WBA, WBC, and IBF concurrently. Tyson's reign as champion was undisputed and lasted from 1987 to 1990.
