Tito Jackson was one of the original members of The Jackson 5, the legendary family pop band that featured Michael, Jackie, Jermaine, and Marlon as well.

The group experienced remarkable success during the 1970s, with popular tracks such as "I Want You Back," "ABC," and "I'll Be There."

They were honored for their musical achievements by being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 and receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

After achieving fame with The Jackson 5, Tito decided to embark on a solo journey. He put out two albums on his own: "Tito Time" in 2016 and "Under Your Spell" in 2021.

Just a few days before he passed away, Tito paid a visit to a memorial in Munich, Germany, honoring his late brother Michael. He felt thankful for the recognition of their shared legacy.

In 2003, Tito Jackson started showcasing his talent and traveling the globe with his blues and funk music. He often joined forces with the BB King Blues Band, particularly during the years 2017, 2018, and 2019.

In a 2021 interview with Blues Blast magazine, Tito vividly expressed his love for blues music, sharing, "The blues is what sparked my interest in playing the guitar."

After taking a break from the limelight after achieving fame with The Jackson 5, Tito recognized his longing to perform again.

In an interview with the magazine, he shared, "I had a desire to perform music and step back onto the stage. I've been playing Jackson 5 songs for nearly my entire life, but the blues has always been the core music in my family."

Tito Jackson’s most recent single, "Love One Another," came out in 2021. This song was created to promote unity and peace during the pandemic. Tito referred to it as “a plea for everyone to come together, show love, and practice kindness towards each other.”

The music video showcased members of the Jackson family along with various celebrities, such as Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian. Additionally, Tito's sons—Taj, TJ, and Taryll—who are part of the group 3T, also made an appearance.

Tito passed away after losing his ex-wife Dee-Dee Martes-Jackson in 1994, his father Joe Jackson in 2018, and his brother Michael in 2009.
