Merry Christmas
Happy Christmas from all of us here at the Liberal Democrats!
This time of the year brings so much happiness. I love seeing the festive cheer spreading throughout the nation.
Observing the appearance of Christmas trees in various places, the twinkling lights illuminating the evenings which are now longer and devoid of daylight.
It's a season for gathering with loved ones and sharing in singing, indulging in delicious food, exchanging gifts, and feeling the joy of receiving them.
We should be thankful for the favors and opportunities we received to rejoice in our lives, all because of God's mercy.
During Christmas, we have the opportunity to think about the previous year and anticipate the upcoming one.
As I gaze forward, I hope that we embrace a year full of benevolence and tranquility.
Despite being a time of celebration for lots of people, Christmas can also cause additional stress and strain.
During this Christmas time, I would like to express my affection and blessings to all of the individuals who are taking care of their loved ones. You are the unrecognized champions of our healthcare industry, and your acts of compassion and consideration are especially appreciated during this time of year.
Our hearts are filled with compassion for those who are not as fortunate as us, particularly those who will be spending Christmas without their loved ones this year.
If you are feeling the absence of your loved ones at your Christmas gathering, whether due to a personal loss or the ongoing turmoil in Ukraine and the Middle East, please know that my sympathies are with you.
As a representative of my family, I extend my sincerest greetings to yours and hope that you have an exceptionally happy Christmas, overflowing with serenity, affection and delight.
