Denise Welch confirms son Matty Healy is engaged to model Gabbriette

Matty Healy, who is the lead singer of the band The 1975, is getting married to model Gabbriette, according to a public statement made by his mother Denise Welch.

The lady who appears on Loose Women expressed her delight after confirming rumors that she got engaged. The celebrity and her partner caused a buzz on social media after posting pictures of the lady wearing a sizable black ring on her engagement finger.

During her appearance on ITV's talk show Loose Women, Welch disclosed that her fiance, who goes by the name Gabbriette, had recently become engaged to Gabriella Bechtel.

I am ecstatic that he had a black diamond ring custom-made for her.

She hails from LA, she's stunningly beautiful, and she owns a pet rodent.

"We are extremely pleased, she possesses all the qualities that I desire in a daughter-in-law."

The announcement arrives while there are rumors circulating that Healy and Taylor Swift are romantically involved, and Swift is currently performing on the UK portion of her highly successful Eras tour.

The 35-year-old singer Healy from Britain, whose father is Welch and Benidorm star Tim Healy, started rumors that he was getting married when he shared a picture on Instagram of his girlfriend wearing a big black ring.

The 26-year-old model originally posted the picture on her Instagram story and commented: "Getting married to The 1975 is incredibly cool." Additionally, she mentioned Healy by tagging him.

Healy shared the picture on his own story again.

It seems that Brat is the title of the latest album from Charli XCX, a singer who is in a romantic relationship with George Daniel, the drummer for The 1975.

Beforehand, Bechtel made an appearance in Charli's music video for her song titled 360. Moreover, they have worked as a model for famous fashion designers such as Versace and Alexander Wang.

There are rumors circulating that Healy and Swift may have had a short-lived romance back in June 2023, shortly following the singer's separation from actor Joe Alwyn.
